Summary

On the evening of the yearly Purge, when all crime is legal for twelve hours, a family finds themselves under attack from a group of strangers; on the night of the annual Purge, several strangers discover that they are stranded outside and band together to survive the night; on the night of the annual Purge, a senator calling for an end to the Purge is betrayed and finds herself and her security guard on the streets of Washington D.C.; a new political party conducts an experiment, where there are no laws on Staten Island for twelve hours
