Summary

Florida sheriff's deputy Sara Cross arrives at the scene of a roadside shooting in which her former partner, Billy Flynn, has shot a young man in what had started out as a routine traffic stop. Up north in New Jersey, Morgan, an enforcer for a drug operation, is sent to Florida to find out what's holding up a new deal. As the two storylines merge, Sara and Morgan find themselves in a much darker scenario than either of them had imagined
