Features delineated include buildings, a road (or driveway) leading from the road towards center of parcel, cleared land, partially wooded land, and fully wooded land, topographical features (the ridgeline and the Hempstead Plains), a large pond (across road from property) and metes & bounds descriptionParcel bounded on the north [northwest/west] by the land of Daniel Willets, on the northeast by the "Highway to Hicksville" [Old Jericho-Oyster Bay Road, present day Route 107], and on the east & south by the land of S.S. Jackson; across from parcel on opposite side of said highway is large pond, with three structures behind it, each delineated with the following respective initials: W.W., R.W., and J.W
