Summary
Topper Harley is living in a Buddhist temple, his incompetent ex-comander is in the White House, and a bunch of U.S. hostages in the Mid-East need resucing! Topper's the only man for the job, but he's too hung-up on his ex-girlfriend to deux it-until a beautiful CIA agent coaxes him back in the saddle.
