Summary
Arthurs snow day: (First story) Mr. Ratburn, Arthur's teacher moves in to their house when his roof collapses. Arthur fears Mr. Ratburn will be teaching and grading him every second of the day. (Second story) Arthur and his friends decide to invent their own holiday during January when the long winter has begun to bore them. (Third story) Neighbors come together when a big blizzard in Elwood City sends all the residents scrambling for supplies and shelter. Arthur's family fun: (First story) Mr. Sipple from next door is moving away and Arthur wonders who will be the new neighbor.
