Bounded on the north by following properties, from west to east: John B. Vandervan, Mrs. William M. Smith, George Raney, Fred Dentz, Charley Reckenburger, John Lane, and land of Morris D. Englehard; intersection of unnamed highway [present day Stepping Stone Lane] and Kings Point Road [which runs through property]; on the east by land of Mrs. William M. Smith and the entrance to swamp belonging to Estate of Whitehead Hewlett, deceased; on the southeast by following properties, from east to west: George B. Hu[?]ne, William Dunn, John Houser, and estate of James H. Skidmore; on the southwest by the land of Florence Martin, and on the west by Little Neck Bay. Property bisected by several roads, including previously mentioned Kings Point Road, Steamboat Road, and Bay View Avenue [West Shore Road]Notes handwritten on map include sections of property broken off and sold to the Skidmore Estate [about 5 acres], Mrs. H.B.
