Summary
Carl Allen always says no and in turn does not have very much fun in his life. As a way to shake free of post-divorce blues and a dead-end job, Carl decides to sign up for a self-help program based on one simple principle: say yes to everything and anything. His life is transformed when he unleashes the power of 'yes.' Carl's life is changed in amazing and unexpected ways. This is especially true when Carl meets an intriguing, free-spirted musician.
