First parcel comprised of the homestead and 64 acres "of arable land in a good state of cultivation, and the buildings thereon in good order," at Cedar Swamp [Old Brookville]; Second parcel comprised of 29 acres "of cleared land lying on the turnpike [Northern Boulevard/Route 25A] in front of the residence of Samuel Wansor" [Old Brookville]. Third parcel comprised of 12 1/2 acres "of woodland, lying near Wheatley [sic] [Old Westbury] and adjoining the woodland of William Simonson." Fourth parcel comprised of 10 acres, "also woodland situated on the south side of the turnpike [Northern Boulevard/Route 25A] and east of the road leading to Wheatley [sic] [Whitney Lane; Old Westbury]
