Summary
Bad boys : Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett are two Miami cops who watch as one hundred million dollars in confiscated heroin, the biggest drug bust of their careers, is stolen out of the basement of police headquarters. The missing drugs now threaten to shut down the Narcotics Division of the Miami Police Department.
