Summary
Follows the outrageous success and then inevitable split of an all-girl teenage rock band lead by rebellious Southern California friends Joan Jett and Cherie Currie. With Jett's tough-girl image and Currie's sex-kitten looks the band easily rose to the top under the tutelage of rock impresario Kim Fowley. After Currie pushes her life to the edge, she decides to leave the group, which causes the girls' friendship to suffer. However, Jett continues on to further success
